Not happy with your order? No problem. If you're not 100% satisfied with your Nordic Socks, you can return your order without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving your goods.

Before making your purchase, please choose the right size using our size guide. This saves both of us time and costs. If you have any questions about which size to choose, simply send us a message.

Don't your Nordic Socks fit? Of course, you can exchange your Nordic Socks for a different size. However, for logistical reasons, we don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your order and place a new order. The same conditions as for a regular return apply.

In both cases, unfortunately, you will need to cover the return shipping costs.

To request a return, the returned product must meet the following requirements:

• It must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
• The product must be unworn and returned in its original condition.
• All labels and plastic stickers must still be attached.
• The original packaging and the socks must be undamaged.

Please download and print our Return Form. Fill out the form and place it inside the package so that we can easily match the return to your order. To make this process easier, please make sure to include your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email.
